
Atlantic lobster has long been a local tradition for New Brunswickers and is becoming more common as a holiday treat. Lobster these days is reasonably priced and accessible, as it is consistently available frozen, vacuum packed, fresh or cooked in the shell. Cooking and shelling your own lobster offers superior taste and texture, but for the sake of convenience over a busy holiday season, frozen cans or vacuum packed versions do nicely.
