This is a twist on the Traditional Pimms No. 1; the classic British cocktail. It was created with the assistance of New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) Hotel Restaurant Operation Students. The Pomm-Gria can be made as an individual drink or
by the pitcher.


3 mint leaves

½ slice of lemon

½ slice of orange

1 ounce (30 ml) Smirnoff Vodka
(776103000260, 750 ml, $25.49)

1 ounce (30 ml) pomegranate juice

4 ounces (120 ml) Sprite or 7-up

1 wheel of English cucumber, skin on, cut in quarters

1 teaspoon (5 ml) finely chopped apple

1 2-inch (5 cm) stick of English cucumber

1 strawberry

Preparation Method:

1. Muddle mint leaves, lemon and orange in the bottom of a highball glass.

2. Fill the glass with ice, Smirnoff Vodka, pomegranate juice and soda.

3. Add the cucumber and apple to the glass and stir.

4. Garnish with a stick of English cucumber and a fresh strawberry.
